How we handle enquiries
We read every message that arrives. The team is small, so responses are considered rather than automated. You can expect a reply within a few working days for most enquiries.
Research suggestions are reviewed by our research editor before any commitment is made to covering a topic. Not every suggestion becomes an article, but we log all of them and refer back to the list when planning future content.
For corrections, please include the article title and, if possible, a link to the source you believe we have misrepresented. This makes the review process much faster.
